Qorvira offers complimentary shipping on all orders with secure, tracked delivery service—no purchase minimum applies.

Processing Your Order
Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). An order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon placement.

Expected Delivery Windows
After your package ships, expect delivery within 4–14 business days depending on destination. Checkout provides estimated delivery dates for reference only and should not be considered binding commitments.

Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, your order tracking information will be sent via email. Please note that tracking systems typically require 2–3 business days following shipment to display initial activity.

Modifying Shipping Address & Order Cancellation
To modify your shipping address or request order cancellation, contact contact@qorvira.com without delay. Most modifications are accommodated prior to shipment; however, no alterations are possible once an order has left our facility.

Address Accuracy Responsibility
Qorvira bears no liability for delivery delays or shipment loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details supplied by the buyer. Should a package be returned due to address error, we will reach out to coordinate reshipment arrangements.

Packages Not Showing Progress
Should your tracking information remain unchanged for 7 or more business days, please reach out to us so we may file an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Loss or Damage in Transit
In the event your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, notify us immediately at contact@qorvira.com with your order number and photographic evidence of damage where applicable. We will either send a replacement shipment or process a full refund.
